Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What makes your products different?

Everything we make is handwoven on our loom in small batches, using natural fibers and traditional weaving techniques. This artisanal process ensures high quality and uniqueness in every piece.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Depending on loom availability and materials, we can take custom color or size requests. Contact us directly for details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time, typically 2–4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times will vary based on location.

What is your return policy?

Unused, unwashed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for defects or damage. We do not accept returns for color or size. Custom pieces are non‑returnable unless there is a defect.

Out of Stock Items

Most of our patterns and items are small batch projects. If you see a pattern or color you like that is not in stock, or you are interested in a larger quantity than is listed, please reach out! We are happy to take orders.

Where are your items made?

All textile items are woven by hand in our studio here in the North Cascades of Washington State. Each piece is crafted individually, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Where can I see or buy items in person?

At this time we are online-only; however, we plan sell at a few select pop-ups and farmers markets in the Methow Valley in the future. Check back here or follow us on Instagram where we will post about specific events and dates we plan to attend! If you’re local to the Valley, reach out.

Can I request a specific pattern or weave style?

Depending on current projects and loom setup, we may be able to accommodate special pattern or weave requests. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

How do you source your materials? Where are they made?

We aim to be as transparent in our sourcing of materials as possible. Please see item descriptions for specifics on what fibers we use.
